In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.39 of 2016, arising out of Korha P.S. Case No.195 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code. From the earlier order dated 11.4.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.7429 of 2016, it appears that the petitioner has coerced in such a manner, his wife was compelled to consume the poison, which caused her death. While rejecting the bail of the petitioner, this Court has given liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year's judicial custody.

Looking to the period of custody, let the petitionerAjay Kumar Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Katihar, in connection with Sessions Trial No.39 of 2016, arising out of Korha P.S. Case No.195 of 2015 subject to the conditions that he would participate in the Court proceeding and in the event of being absent on two consecutive dates without reasonable explanation, the Court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
