Petitioner seeks bail in Kasba P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. No TIP has been held. The name of this petitioner has come in confessional statement of Rahul Paswan.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 11.06.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76915 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Kasba P.S.
