2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 05.12.2022 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail 3 months after framing of charge.

3. Counsel further submits that charge has been framed on 28.07.2023.

4. As such, it is directed that petitioner shall file the bail application before the trial court and the trial court shall consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day and release him on bail imposing its own conditions so that he may not evade his appearance during trial
