Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court taking note of this fact that the petitioner is said to be the main assailant.
Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and his prayer for bail in Sessions trial no. 491/2016 arising out of Griyak P.S. Case no. 108/2014 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif is rejected.
However, trial court should expedite trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
