Mr. SRI SAKIR AHMAD ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2015 registered under Sections 304B/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are relatives of the husband of the deceased. Husband of the deceased is in custody. The deceased died natural death on account of acute pain during pregnancy. Petitioners has no criminal antecedent.

No.29449 of 2017(3) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2015 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
