Petitioner is said to be in possession of stolen motorcycle.

Furthermore, the other items were also recovered from a line hotel at the instance of the petitioner however, is under custody since 26.05.2016 having only one criminal antecedent that of theft.

Accordingly, petitioner Arjun Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No.148/2016.
