Petitioners seek bail in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 28 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 16.03.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances
