In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No.493 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that petitioner was demanding motor-cycle from the informant and used to coerce and torture his daughter. It has been alleged that the accused persons have killed his daughter by burning and disposed of the dead body.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27904 of 2017 (3) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. If the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within three weeks from today and prays for bail, the Court below will pass the order in accordance with law on the same day without being influenced by the order of this Court.
