The petitioner had earlier withdrawn the application for anticipatory bail in the hope that he shall not be charge-sheeted.

However, as on date, the investigation is still pending.

This Court is not inclined to entertain this petition again.

The petitioner would be well advised to approach the court below afresh for grant of anticipatory bail. Should such an application be filed, the court below shall take into account the facts collected during the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23933 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 investigation up till now and shall pass orders in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the fact that earlier, the petition for anticipatory bail was withdrawn and in the present instance, the same has not been entertained. The petition stands dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
