The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take resort to the remedy of appeal. In case the petitioner files a petition for condonation of delay, the same would be considered sympathetically, as the petitioner was pursuing the remedy before this court. It is expected that the appeal would be disposed of within three months.
