JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 In view of the delay in filing the present anticipatory bail application, I am not inclined to entertain the bail application. The anticipatory bail application is accordingly, rejected.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If the petitioner does so, the Court below is required to consider the regular bail application and dispose it of without being prejudiced by the rejection of the anticipatory bail application by the present order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the first time that the petitioner has been made accused in a case
