This is an application for bail in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No. 59 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and there is no TIP and no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 14.7.2016.

Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that case diary shows that there are materials against the petitioner as well as the fact that the petitioner is accused in eight other cases in similar nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55052 of 2016 (3) dt.03-02-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the fact that there are allegations against the petitioner he has been made accused in several cases, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

However, the learned court below is directed to expedite the trial and conduct the trial on day-to-day basis and try to conclude the same within nine months. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
