The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.33 of 2019 registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim made allegation that the petitioner enticed his minor daughter for marriage. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and went along with Jitendra Kumar. She remained at a tea shop and on the next date, she again called Jitendra and went Barauni Junction along with the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner that victim herself denied the factum of her kidnapping, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S.
