2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 346 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, named criminals have looted Rs. 1000/-, one bag and gold chain from the informant on the point of gun. The petitioner is involved in a road robbery. His identity has been disclosed in the FIR. He is in custody since 02.12.2024.

4. Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that he is involved in a road robbery, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
