JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,365 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the statement of Informant's son made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and has submitted that there is no allegation against the petitioner.

In view of the submission as above, let petitioner above named in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail
