2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties particularly against opposite party no.6 for willful non-compliance

Patna High Court MJC No.1109 of 2024(5) dt.14-11-2025 2/2 and violating the order/direction of the Hon'ble Court dated 16.05.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2910 of 2020."

3. Mr. Hansraj has provided the reasoned order passed by the Registrar, Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur issued vide memo no. 555-556 dated 08.11.2025 by which the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of.

4. Let a copy of the order be kept on record.

5. Mr. Hansraj also undertakes to provide a copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. In view of the fact that a reasoned order has been passed, granting liberty to petitioner, if still aggrieved, to agitate the matter, the contempt petition is disposed of.

7. Accordingly, the MJC No. 1109 of 2024 is disposed of.
