JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Forty liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.11.2016.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand)
