The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 342, 353, 307, 379, 186, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to local politics. Further he submits that on perusal of F.I.R., it appears that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25414 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. (Mau O.P.) Case No. 147 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
