ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 4/ 07-05-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 02.08.2014 in connection with Mahila (Gaya) P.S. Case No.02 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, is hereby confirmed.

From henceforth the Petitioner shall pay a sum of `One thousand per month instead of `Seven hundred fifty per month.

The application stands disposed off.
