There happens to be an allegation against the petitioner that he shot at informant, however, had miraculous escape. Furthermore, petitioner was apprehended at the spot along with arms and ammunitions and was produced before the police and on account thereof, is under custody since 03.08.2016.

Accordingly, considering the nature of accusation in consonance with the period of detention, petitioner, Hare Ram Yadav @ Hare Ram Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. P.K. Bharti, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnia in connection with Barhara P. S. Case No.171 of 2016. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
