The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The informant filed the complaint case on the basis of which the present FIR was registered. The informant alleged in his complaint petition that he and other witnesses were joined in the Waris Finance International Ltd. as agent and got deposited the money of different customers in different schemes. Altogether Rs. 1,61,54,000/- was deposited in the company under different schemes but after maturation no payment was made. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner figured in the FIR at serial no. 12 in the column of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12991 of 2017 (4) dt.23-06-2017 2/2 the accused but, the petitioner is a computer operator. The petitioner has not persuaded anybody to deposit the money. The informant, himself, was an agent of the company. The petitioner has not received any money from any of the customers. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2014, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
