2. The present application has been filed seeking correction of typographical error in the order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51657 of 2018.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the order at paragraph no. 6, the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 1 was made subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai which is incorrect as the same should have been Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
4. The Court finds the contention to be correct.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 20.09.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 51657 of 2018 stands modified to the extent that the bail bond and sureties to be furnished by petitioner no. 1 for his release would be to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in place of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. Further, the time granted for surrender stands extended by a further period of six weeks from today.
6. The rest of the order shall remain the same.
7. The application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
