This modification petition has been filed to modify the order dated 06-07-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21470 of 2015.

It has been submitted that petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 06-07-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21470 of 2015 and they were granted four weeks' time for surrender in the court below but due to unavoidable circumstances, petitioners could not surrender in the court below within the stipulated time and hence prayer for extension of the period is sought for surrender of petitioners in the court below by filing this modification petition.

Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46380 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 the time for surrender of the petitioners in the court below is further extended for four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
