The petitioner is accused in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 146 of 2016 registered under Sections 413 and 214 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that on receiving secret information about keeping of stolen motorcycle by Rehan Adil @ Guddu in the village Mahachour, P.S. Daraunda, District Siwan, the police reached there and recovered one motorcycle. On query, Rehan Adil @ Guddu disclosed that the said motorcycle was purchased to this petitioner on payment of consideration money of Rs.7,000/- . Thereafter, police reached at the house of the petitioner and recovered one stolen motorcycle and the petitioner disclosed that this motorcycle was purchased by him for selling.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3413 of 2017 (2) dt.10-02-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, after apprehending by the police in the present case on 29.09.2016 the petitioner has been remanded in Daraunda P.S. Case No. 149 of 2016 mere on suspicion and since then he is in custody. Further submission is that while the petitioner is accused in three other cases, but in all three cases, he is on bail. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Siwan, in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 146 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
