That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs direction the respondents to remove the encroachment from the Public Land (Waterbody) bearing Thana No.62, Khata No.66, Plot No.287 and 293 situated in Mauza Chandanpura, Anchal- Shivsagar within the district

Patna High Court CWJC No.6326 of 2023 dt.05-09-2023 2/2 of Rohtas after initiation of proceeding against the encroachers (private respondents) under the provisions of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and/or to grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Sheosagar, District-Rohtas, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Sheosagar, District-Rohtas, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
