Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 452, 323, 324, 307, 109, 353, 333, 379, 380 337, 338, 435, 436, 427 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is of having entered into the premises of Gopalpur police station and assaulting the police personnel and damaging the vehicles and Arsenal in the campus of police station due to which government property worth Rs. 2 Lacs has been damaged.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation to damage the government property and attack on the police station against 32 named and 200 unknown persons. Petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence as she works as Anganwadi Sevika. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (S. Kumar, J) ranjan/- U
