The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a complaint case filed with accusations for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 354 and 376/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code wherein processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken on the ground that the coaccused Anil Kumar Sharma has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 31789 of 2015 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Since this Court disposed of the prayer for anticipatory bail on 03.04.2015 prior to the order passed by co-

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner keeping in view of the fact that the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 05 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna City.
