2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation annexing all the relevant

Patna High Court CWJC No.7583 of 2019(9) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 documents before respondent no. 2 and the respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of 3 months from the date of filing of such representation after giving personal hearing to the petitioner and if the claim of the petitioner is found to be genuine, then he may return the amount in question to the petitioner within a period of 4 weeks thereafter.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
