Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354 (B), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner with intention to kill the informant assaulted with iron rod on her head causing bleeding and further assaulted with rod on her body causing injury and lastly the petitioner caused threats that if the case would be lodged then he will kill them.

Submission is of false implication and that no offence as alleged is made out, the petitioner has been unnecessarily made accused in this case, other co-accused have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26768 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 been allowed pre-arrest bail by the learned court below itself and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. Learned APP opposes the prayer of pre-arrest bail. In the facts and circumstances stated above, considering the allegation attributed against the petitioner, this Court is not persuaded to grant the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, accordingly, his such prayer stands rejected.
