Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supplementary Chautham P.S. Case No. 70/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/ 307/302/504/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. After investigation, the police exonerated the petitioner and he was not chargesheeted and the learned court below has taken cognizance after differing with the final form. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of ten weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Khagaria, in connection with Supplementary Chautham P.S.
