The petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 2143 of 2019, arising out of the Chowk P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 290, 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) 37 (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in the instant case 800 Ml and 1000 Ml country made liquor was recovered from the possession of petitioner no.1 and petitioner No.2 respectively. He submits that

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and quantify of seized liquor is little one, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 2143 of 2019, arising out of the Chowk P.S.
