2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.03.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 67207 of 2023 but he is renewing his prayer on the fresh ground that four witness have been examined and they all have became hostile.

3. If the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
