The petitioner has been in custody since 11.09.2018 in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 271/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20/22/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the seizures were made from other persons, so far as the present petitioner is concerned, only two mobile phones have been recovered from his pocket which cannot constitute an offence under the N.D.P.S. Act. It is further submitted that the present petitioner is having no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76832 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Patna in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 271/2018.
