2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109 and 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, Md. Dilsad is said to have stabbed the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel submits that both the parties are agnates and next door neighbours. There is a dispute between them with regard to the path. There is no allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2025.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur East/concerned Court in connection with Aurai P.S.
