====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The moment the Court would find that the payment of salary to the Vitt Rahit Institution of the petitioners has already been released and also paid in the year 2009, the ambit of this

Patna High Court MJC No.380 of 2014 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 contempt application would come to an end.

The grievance highlighted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in place of 26 genuine employees, 99 persons have been paid or that the quantum of amount paid to the petitioners is not as per their expectations and, in fact, they have been lesser amount, can now only be raised by the petitioners before the appropriate forum/court, but then that cannot be made subject matter of this contempt application keeping in view the very limited direction issued by this Court in the connected writ application.

This Court, on perusal of the show cause reply filed by the opposite parties, in fact, is fully satisfied that the directions given in the order of this Court has been fully complied. With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
