The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 346 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354, 307, 379, 325, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has assaulted the victim and has caused grievous injury to the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 06.11.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28030 of 2024(3) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 346 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
