JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the notification for the fresh Panchayat election has already been issued and in the nature of the grievance raised, the judgment impugned passed by the Election Tribunal on appreciation of the facts and evidence on record has gone against the petitioner, I am not persuaded to exercise my discretion to interfere with the order passed by the court below, the writ petition is disposed of.
