JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 23-11-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the informant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner seeks bail in Nokha P.S. case No. 21 of 2014, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 499 of 2014, under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he fired which hit in the abdomen of the father of the informant causing his death.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25651 of 2016 (2) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 and trial is likely to be concluded in near future. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
