2. The petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2016 in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 131 of 2013 for the alleged offences under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the petitioner is employed in West Bengal. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the specific accusation against the petitioner in the First Information Report, as well as the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27300 of 2016 (3) dt.12-07-2016 reference in the impugned order with regard to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. as available in the case diary whereby the victim girl's age has been assessed as 15 years and she has specifically stated involvement of the petitioner in her kidnapping and sexual intercourse with her forcefully, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
