Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a),38(i),41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016, Begusarai.

In huge quantity of country made liquor were recovered beneath the seat of a bus. The petitioners were found sitting on the above stated seat. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 01.03.2019.
