One country made pistol without any cartridge is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 14.03.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak P.S.Case No. 14 of 2016.
