Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2019 and charges have already been framed on 30.01.2019.
