1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(A) A writ of Mandamus commanding the Respondent authorities for giving effect to the directions contained under letter No. 3365 dated 23/12/2014 issued by respondent Block Development Officer, Samastipur, as contained in Annexure - 4 after proper inquiry of the matter, on the complain of petitioner, whereby and where under it was found that the selection

Patna High Court CWJC No.16661 of 2015(2) dt.14-09-2023 2/2 of Tola Sevak was not made as per law and further also giving an effect to the report of Block Education Officer, Samastipur, which was sent to the District Programme Officer, Literacy (Saksarta), Samastipur, vide Letter No.- 219 dated 14/03/2015, as contained in Annexure - 6.

(B) A writ of Certiorari setting aside the appointment of Respondent No. 9, who was illegally appointed on the post of Tola Sevak by the respondent authorities.

(C) A writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Tola Sevak, for which she was entitled Ab initio but she was illegally deprived."

2. Considering the nature of relief, sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
