2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

(i) for quashing the impugned notice dated 29.08.2015, issued by the Circle Officer, Triveniganj in Dakhil Kharij Case No. 16/201516 so far as petitioner is concerned by which objection has been invited with regard to

Patna High Court CWJC No.16415 of 2015(2) dt.05-08-2025 2/3 mutation of land described in the notice which is without jurisdication as the Jamabandi is going on in the name of father of petitioner since long back 1966 as such the running Jamabandi cannot be canceled by the Circle Officer even by the Collector as law and ratio decided in a case of Khir Gope vs. The D.C.L.R., Jamui reported in 1983 PLJR-727.

(ii) further for a direction to the respondents authority not to disturb the physical possession of the land described as follows:
