2. This writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/direction for quashing of memo no. 2748 dated 24.10.2005 issued under the signature of respondent no. 5 (The District Education Officer) whereby and whereunder respondent authority decided

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the respondent authorities to grant the petitioner all the admissible retiral benefit by the taking into consideration the service period of petitioner from 20.05.88 upto the date of his dispensing with from Service.
(iii) For issuance of any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled in the eye of law and in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application with a direction upon the Director, Primary Education, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 19.01.2023 (Annexure-5 (series) to this writ application).
4. In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with direction to the Director, Primary Education, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, which is said to have been filed on 19.01.2023
