2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that pleadings are complete in the writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the Bihar State Election Commissioner, however, disputed the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant that the pleadings are complete.

4. In view of the above, the learned Single Judge can do well to expedite the hearing of the matter after the pleadings are complete.
