The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 302, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the as many as six other co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court till submission of charge-sheet after hearing learned counsel for the informant by order dated 7.10.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 41393 of 2015. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner, Hamid Hussain, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four

No.46826 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S.Case No. 457 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
