JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-04-2022 By way of this application, the petitioners are seeking quashing of the order dated 10.12.2020 passed by the learned C.J.M., Katihar in Katihar(N) i.e., Katihar Town P.S. Case No.685 of 2014, whereby cognizance of the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been taken against the petitioners.

Petitioners' counsel has made submissions denying the substance of the allegations based on some material which has emerged in the investigation. Making such submission, realising the limited scope of the quashing proceedings under Section 482 Cr.P.C., he submits that the petitioners would be
