2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 1253 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 303(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim on his head with an iron rod.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22401 of 2025(3) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura/concerned Court below in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 1253 of 2024.
