JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol without any cartridge is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. So far as another co-accused is concerned, it is stated that two pistols and three magazines of pistols were recovered from his possession. Petitioner is in jail custody since 05.02.2016 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Kawaiya) P.S.Case No. 52 of 2016.
